1740–1748 War of Austrian Succession (Euro powers

This applies to primarily to Austria, France, Germany (Bavaria, Hanover, Saxony), North Italy (Genoa, Sardinia), Italy (Naples, Two Sicilies), Netherlands, Prussia, Spain, Sweden, Great Britain (England)

So we've talked about this for a while, we want it, need it and now request it! /shot

We all know how crazy the War of Austrian Succession was, the number of parties, the balances/checks of power, parties just jumping into the war and so on and so forth. There is a lot of battles involved in this war, but it seemed appropriate to throw in a planning thread for this because it might be easier if we put it all down to see who is interested and where people want to start.

For those of you who need a place to start, here's information on the war. I only have the main ideas for what happens with my country, however, will need to do more research, but I wanted to get a poll count and ideas from everyone.

We don't have everyone, but not everyone was sat the same place at the same time, so we can always pick off the battles that don't involve them. Though I need France and England for everything. Orz

Also, this is mainly for the main events of the war, like the battles. I know Maria Teresa goes to Hungary for help, but let's do those as separate thread, otherwise, each thread could take till I'm literally 50 (and I still have a long ways to go before I get there).

I suppose it would depend on where we wanted to start this thing. Before the invasion of Silesia, when all the nations were nodding their heads that they'd behave? Right when Prussia stopped behaving? Something else entirely?

Then there is so much going on that we'd need to decide if we want just one continuous thread? A bunch of a baby threads? Wars get super complicated, and even if people aren't doing something in the spotlight, their actions are still important. So much to decide on. @_@ Luckily we have time because my current thread list is full. ;~;

I'm down! (ha literally I guess since that did not go well). But you're right, narrowing it to battles & whatnot may be more beneficial since that was was so sort of crazy. Oh Maria Theresa...........

Awesome! I'm glad that you guys are up for this! I've been wanting to do this since I first started rping Hetalia. Hopefully we can get EVERYONE in one this.

I think it would be interesting to do it from before the events broke down -- so we get a prelude. Ilovedoingstufflikethatshutup. I think that individual battles may work best because from what I know, we're not all at the same place at the same time, but let's still plan the grande scheme of things and then go off into individual planning after that. I need England and France to get into this too~

Don't worry, I don't see this taking place right away, but figured we'd start talking.
